What Our Clients Had to Say About Working With The Brian Kondo Real Estate Team | Linda & William




Linda was a referral from a past client.  She and her husband were separated and needed to sell their house.  After I presented a comprehensive home evaluation and showed the two of them how my Home Selling System worked, they decided to use me to list.  We sold the home in a down market for 98% of the asking price.  Both Linda and her ex-husband told me they were happy with the way I never took sides and represented each of them equally and fairly.



 

Fast forward a year and this time it was Linda who was doing the referring.  Her employer was looking to purchase a rental building, and she asked me to help them find one.




 

Then a year after that Linda reached out again.  After I sold her matrimonial home two years earlier, she and William bought a home with an agent friend of William’s in South Ajax.  They now had it listed with the friend, but it wasn’t selling.  I let her know that it would be interference if I gave any advice while it was listed with another agent.  A few weeks later, I got a call from Linda saying the listing had expired and that they would like to meet with me.  After meeting with them, we listed the home for sale and sold it for 100% of the asking price in just 8 days! 




 

The plan now was to purchase a home east of Durham Region.  This time I did the referring.  I had one of our top agents in the Belleville/Trenton area look after them.  Plus, my assistant knew the area well, so they reached out to her with questions during their search.  They ended up with the perfect home in Trenton. 




 

I’ve said this before and I’m saying it again - referrals are the lifeblood of my business.  The ultimate compliment I can receive from a past client is when they feel confident enough that I won’t embarrass them when they refer me to someone they know.  Just as satisfying, is when our clients come back to use our services again and again, which is exactly what Linda did.
